The elegant country mansion offers two venues for civil ceremonies for 65 & up to 200. For receptions seating up to 100, Salomons offers exclusive use of all ground floor rooms, together with the terrace and gardens. For receptions up to 200, guests can choose between The Gold Room or Conservatory, opening onto the terrace and gardens, for a drinks reception. Proceeding then, to the historic theatre, for the wedding breakfast and evening function. Either way, Salomons prides itself on giving individual attention to only one wedding reception each day and ensures your event remains completely private.

Tonbridge Castle is a 900 year old Motte & Bailey Castle, set in a delightful garden setting over looking the River Medway. In September 1995 the Mansion House adjoining the 13th century Gatehouse at Tonbridge Castle was approved by Kent County Council as a venue for the solemnisation of Civil Marriages. Our beautiful Castle lawn, is an ideal spot for wedding photo's.
