Live shows feature an extensive repertoire ranging from Gershwin and Irving Berlin to contemporary influences of Billy Joel and Van Morrison. 

Angus Murray and his Big band ensure a swinging time for all.  Venue and budget size are no problem with a band who play in a format from a trio to the full sixteen piece as required. 

Saxophones. Trumpets, trombones and rhythm are brough together by pianist / vocalist Angus Murray in an exciting new interpretation of the Big Band sound. 

Prepare to experience a wide variety of classics from the 1930’s through to the present day.  As well as jazz and swing numbers, you’ll dance the night away with innovative arrangements of Latin sambas and bossa novas. 

Although the big band stick faithfully to the swing style of the 1930’s, 40’s and 50’s they incorporate modern lyrics and arrangements created by Angus Murray. 

The Big Band have performed at all types of events including Weddings, Summer Balls, Corporate Launches and Promotions.
