Danielle grew up in London and
studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, graduating after
three years. Since then she has played in
orchestras and shows and has worked for Cunard providing harp music on
their world cruises. She has a residency at the
Inter-Continental Hotel on Hyde Park Corner, for seven years then moved
to Portsmouth where she now lives. Currently, Danielle teaches both
privately and at school, and plays for weddings in London and the
Southern Counties. Danielle’s repertoire ranges from
well known light classics, unusual harp classics, folk airs, popular
standards, jazz numbers and easy listening tunes.
In fact, you name it, she may ply it! And if not, if you can
provide the music in harp or piano version, she will give it a go). CEREMONY – Up to 1 hour Background music for quartet of an hour while the guests are sitting down in the ceremony room. A suitable piece of music, not necessarily traditional or classical, as the bride walks down the aisle. Two piece for during the signing of the register. leave. RECEPTION – Up to 2 ½ hours This allows one hour of music for the drinks reception directly before the meal and then one and a half hours from sitting down to the meal to the beginning of the speeches .This is generally a mixed bag of music. To
