Alice was born in 1968. After graduating with honors from the London College of Music in 1991, she went to the Eastman School of Music in New York where in 1993 she gained her Master of Music, Performance and Literature.
Since this time, Alice has worked as a harpist in a wide range of situations. Solo performances have included:- International Harp Festival in Manchester, Nordwestfallen Festival in Bochum, Germany and the Heidelberg Castle Festival of Opera. Her Orchestral experience has included working with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra, National Symphony Orchestra, Northern Ballet Company, the English National Ballet and the Royal Scottish National Orchestra. Alice has recorded with the R.T.E. Orchestra, the Empire Chamber Orchestra in the USA and for RCA records in London. Her music has been broadcast on Classic FM’s Henry Kelly show. Alice’s private engagements have included performing at many weddings and wedding receptions, playing on board Cunard’s Royal Viking Sun, playing at the Pump Room in Bath, The Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons and the Reform Club and providing background music in Harrods of Knightsbridge. Alice is available to play at your wedding ceremony, the reception and the Wedding Breakfast.
