Anna
completed a Master of Music Degree in performance at the University of Leeds,
having been awarded with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree in English and Music
from the University of Birmingham in 1998.As a harpist she has great experience in solo, ensemble and orchestral playing. This includes various performances of Mozart’s Flute and Harp and Britten’s “A Ceremony of Carols” and a live Radio 3 broadcast prior to her Purcell Room Debut.
Anna has played in many orchestras including the Tenerife Symphony Orchestra, Britten-Pears Orchestra and the London Philharmonic Youth Orchestra.
Anna has performed at many formal functions around Britain, including the Victoria and Albert Museum and Tate Britain. She is also the Resident Harpist at The Spa Hotel in Tunbridge Wells.
Anna is available to play for functions of any type, ranging from weddings to corporate events.
Repertoire includes jazz standards, light classics, show tunes, recent popular songs or more conventional classical music for formal occasions.
Anna is able to provide other musical combinations such as flute and harp, voice and harp, violin and harp and harp duo.
