Sambossa! are a 13-piece band based in South East
England, playing Latin Jazz for all types of functions, from dance music
for clubs, parties and weddings, to more relaxed music for listening to
at social events. Their repertoire is wide ranging and includes Sambas
and Bossa Novas from Brazil through to Cuban Son and New York Salsa,
from "Mambo No 5" to "The Girl from Ipanema".
Their lead vocalist comes from Rio de Janeiro and has
received rave reviews for her lively style and ability to generate
enthusiasm
and involvement from all types
of audience.
Their previous engagements have included Festivals,
Weddings, Corporate Functions, Country House Parties and appearances on
the club circuit.
